35 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke and have been diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI; Age 35-80 years old gender is not limited; First onset of the disease the duration of the disease is 1 to 3 months; The main manifestation is paralysis of one side of the limb and the Brannstrom stage of the affected limb is ?V; MMSE score =24; Vital signs are stable clear no cognitive speech disorder can cooperate with rehabilitation training and scale evaluation; No metal instruments (e.g. intracranial metal built-in pulse generator etc.); Voluntary participation in the study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Hemiparesis due to traumatic brain injury brain tumour or other non-cerebrovascular lesions; Severe pain spasm or deformity of the affected limb; Poor compliance and inability to co-operate in completing basic rehabilitation training sessions; Previous history of epilepsy or family history of epilepsy; Accompanied by severe heart liver lung kidney and other vital organ failure or severe mental disorder; Allergy to moxibustion or severe skin disease that prevents thunder fire moxibustion. Women during pregnancy or breastfeeding; Patients with contraindications to transcranial magnetic stimulation.
