Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The diagnosis of western medicine was referred to the 2022 version of the "Primary Lung Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guide issued by the National Health Commission, and patients who met the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for lung cancer were included. (2) The patients were aware of the diagnosis results of own diseases and their prognosis. (3) Patients with Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) score = 50 points and Self-Rating Scale (SDS) score = 53 points were included. (4) Patients with no restrictions on gender and age over 18 years old were included.(5) Patients with clear consciousness, normal hearing and muscle strength were included. (6) Patients who voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form were included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients with multi-organ failure, severe complications of important tissues and organs. (2)Patients with a family history of mental illness severe cognitive impairment who are unable to communicate. Patients who have sudden changes in the family recently. (3)Patients taking medications for anxiety and depression. (4)ients with limb disability and inability to exercise limbs.
