Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 60-89 years; 2) Men and women are not limited; 3) Body mass index 20 30kg/m2; 4) Preoperative ASA grade was ? - ?.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Preoperative Pittsburgh sleep quality score (PSQI) >7 points; 2) Those with infection or wound at the acupuncture site of buccal needle; 3) Preoperative diagnosis was respiratory failure (pao2<60mmhg); 4) New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function class III or IV; 5) Patients with grade II or III atrioventricular block or sinus bradycardia; 6) Patients with neurological or psychiatric diseases before operation or unable to cooperate with the questionnaire; 7) Those who take sedative drugs for a long time; 8) Those with a past history of acupuncture fainting.
