Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) age greater than 18 years; (2) meeting the diagnostic criteria of AP; and (3) symptom onset within 72 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) AP caused by trauma surgery or tumors; (2) severe diseases of other systems such as cardiopulmonary conditions; (3) pregnancy or breastfeeding; (4) concurrent malignant tumors and (5) known allergy to the study drug.
