Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) meet the diagnostic criteria of DPN; (2) cold-damp obstruction syndrome according to syndrome differentiation; (3) age between 30 and 75 years old male or female; (4) Patients were able to receive basic treatment. After treatment fasting blood glucose was controlled to 4.4-7.8mmol/l and 2h postprandial blood glucose was controlled to < 13.9mmol/l; (5) Patients were willing to participate in the clinical trial accept follow-up and sign informed consent; (6) All patients volunteered to participate in the study and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
