Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the criteria of nocturia insomnia and insomnia and the duration of the disease is =1 month; 2. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score > 7 points; 3. Age 40-75 years old gender unlimited; 4. Volunteer to join the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who are participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month; 2. Allergic to medical tape and alcohol; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Ear lesions or ear abnormalities or absence; 5. Stones in urinary system or organic lesions in urinary system; 6. Patients with increased nocturia and insomnia caused by excessive intake of water coffee or ethanol at night; 7. Urinary infection urinary bacteria culture positive accompanied by urgency pain etc.; 8. Taking diuretics sleeping pills and other drugs that affect the observation effect of intervention; 9. Patients with severe dysfunction of heart brain kidney lung etc.
