Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 40-60 years old; 2) Engaged in geriatric nursing work >6 months 3) years of education >6 years; 4) Received geriatric nursing training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) have a history of emotional disorders 2) have a major life event in the last 6 months
