45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meeting the diagnostic criteria for cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD); Meeting the diagnostic criteria for vascular dizziness/vertigo; Recurrent dizziness for =3 months; A vertigo handicap scale score > 0; Male or female patients aged between 45 and 80 years; Agreement to participate in the study and signing of the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A history of stroke with large infarctions or intracranial hemorrhage as indicated by cranial MRI; Major arterial sclerosis; White matter lesions due to other causes (immune demyelinating metabolic toxic infectious hereditary etc.); Dizziness caused by other conditions (e.g. peripheral vestibular disorders systemic disease–induced dizziness dizziness related to psychological factors etc.); Medication-induced pregnancy-related or hereditary dizziness; Severe cognitive impairment (MoCA < 10); Use of anti-vertigo medications within the past two weeks; Currently participating in other clinical trials; Those who do not meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria.
