Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion Criteria for Patients with Chronic Insomnia Accompanied by Emotional Disturbances: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria mentioned above; 2) Ages 18 to 60 with at least a primary school education and right-handed; 3) Have not participated in other clinical studies within the past month; 4) Have no contraindications for magnetic resonance scanning (e.g. pacemaker or neurostimulator implants metallic foreign bodies in the body claustrophobia etc.); 5) Understand the experimental procedure sign the informed consent form and voluntarily choose to participate as a subject. Note: Only patients meeting all 5 criteria above may be included in the study. 2. Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects: 1) Ages 18 to 60 with at least a primary school education and right-handed; 2) Passed relevant physical examinations with all indicators within the normal range; no prior diagnosis of functional or organic diseases; no family history of psychiatric or neurological genetic diseases; 3) Have no contraindications for magnetic resonance scanning (e.g. pacemaker or neurostimulator implants metallic foreign bodies in the body claustrophobia etc.); 4) Understand the experimental procedure sign the informed consent form and voluntarily choose to participate as a subject. Note: Only healthy subjects meeting all 4 criteria above may be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion Criteria for Patients with Chronic Insomnia Accompanied by Emotional Disturbances: 1) Patients with liver or kidney dysfunction tumors or severe underlying diseases affecting the circulatory digestive endocrine or respiratory systems; a history or family history of epilepsy; cerebral organic diseases; severe physical illnesses; or a previous diagnosis of major depression bipolar disorder schizophrenia or other psychiatric disorders; 2) Patients with chronic headaches migraines a history of head trauma or intracranial space-occupying lesions; 3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 4) Alcoholics or individuals with drug abuse issues; patients with coagulation disorders or severe scarring tendencies. Note: Any patient meeting one of the 4 criteria above will be excluded from the study. 2. Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects: 1) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2) Individuals with a history of head trauma; 3) Subjects who have participated in other clinical trials within the past month. Note: Any healthy subject meeting one of the criteria above will be excluded from the study.
