Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients aged 18-60 years; (2)Mild AA with salt < 50% was confirmed by clinical manifestations and trichoscopy. The AA diagnostic criteria refer to theChina alopecia areata diagnosis and treatment guidelines (2019). The diagnostic criteria of alopecia areata are as follows: 1 clinical manifestations: sudden onset of alopecia maculosa. The alopecia maculosa is usually round or oval in shape and varies in size and may be single or multiple it is mainly found in the hair but can also affect the beard eyebrows eyelashes pubic hair armpit hair and body hair. Alopecia usually has well-defined boundaries a normal skin appearance and generally no obvious symptoms most inadvertently found in a small number of patients may have mild scalp itching or scalp tension. Dermoscopy: the hair follicle openings in the alopecia area are intact in the alopecia area exclamation mark black dot Yellow Dot broken hair tapering hair uneven thickness of hair shaft increased fine hair and pig tail were observed (3) TCM physique scale score: Qi stagnation constitution transformation score =30 or 50= SDS score =72. The diagnostic criteria of qi-stagnation constitution refer to the qi-stagnation constitution conversion score =30 in the classification and judgment of TCM Constitution issued by the Chinese Association of Traditional Chinese medicine in 2009 or refer to theInternational Classification of mental and behavioral disorders the diagnostic criteria for depression: self-rating depression scale (SDS-RRB- score 50 ~ 72; (4)Adhere to medication and follow-up and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) allergic to the study drug or ingredient or unable to tolerate the relevant therapy; (2) with other hair diseases; (3) patients with severe hepatic and renal dysfunction; (4) those who have participated in other clinical trials in the past three months; (5) any other circumstance that the investigator deems unsuitable for participation in the trial.
