60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age =60 years old; 2. Diagnosed with at least one chronic disease (such as hypertension diabetes coronary heart disease chronic obstructive pulmonary disease etc.); 3. Able to complete basic daily activities independently or with assistance. 4. Volunteer to participate in the research and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Suffering from severe cognitive impairment; 2.Have undergone major surgery or acute illness in the recent 6 months. 3.They have been practicing Qigong or Tai Chi for a long time (which may affect the evaluation of the intervention effect); 4.Due to limited mobility the individual is unable to participate in group training.
