Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for insomnia and anxiety disorders; (2) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score >7; (3) Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) scores =14 and <29; Age 18~65 years old male and female; (5) Duration of disease =6 months; 6) Good physical condition clear mind normal expression ability junior high school education or above no visual or hearing impairment that significantly affects the assessment; 7) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant and lactating women; 2) known alcoholics or substance dependents; 3) severe aphasia agnosia and inability to communicate; (4) Exclude insomnia caused by other diseases exclude serious medical diseases exclude other types of mental illness head trauma history special medication history (such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors glucocorticoids etc.); (5) Diseases contraindicated with the use of flupentixol melitracen such as hyperthyroidism atrioventricular block and myasthenia gravis were excluded; 6) Those who have received other treatment options.
