Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of "stroke" in "Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine"; Western medicine diagnostic criteria: cerebral infarction refers to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018, and cerebral haemorrhage refers to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Haemorrhage (2019); Swallowography (VFSS) shows incomplete or uncoordinated opening/relaxation of the cricopharyngeal muscles. (2) Clear, stable signs of life, can cooperate with treatment; (3) Age 35~75 years old; (4) No structural abnormalities of the oral cavity, pharynx or oesophagus in the past; (5) The course of the disease is 1 month ~ 3 months; (6) The patient voluntarily participated in this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Cricopharyngeal achalasia not caused by stroke; (2) Patients with serious life-threatening primary diseases such as heart, lung, and haemopoietic system who cannot complete treatment; (3) Those who cannot acupuncture the neck and oropharynx due to other diseases; (4) Those who are allergic to iodine contrast media; (5) Those who are accompanied by cognitive impairment and mental illness and cannot cooperate with treatment.
