18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CKD stage G2-G4 (glomerular filtration rate between 15-89ml /min/1.73m^2) according to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and CKD staging; 2. In accordance with the TCM spleen-kidney qi deficiency syndrome or spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome; 3. After standardized integrated western medicine treatment with or without taking urine prescription C; 4.18 to 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute renal failure or acute exacerbation of chronic renal insufficiency; 2. Complicated with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular hepatic and hematopoietic system; 3. Complicated with life-threatening complications such as severe infection; 4. Patients with malignant tumor or history of malignant tumor HIV infection mental illness acute central nervous system disease severe gastrointestinal disease; 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. Complicated with other organ diseases and dysfunction.
