30 Years to 55 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria low back pain lasted for 3 months; (2) aged between 30-45 years old; (3) score of NRS =3 before enrollment; (4) L4-S1 was protruded and the protrusion rate of each segment was less than 50%. (5) CSI score =40; (6) receiving no treatment for low back pain in the past 3 months; (7) no contraindications related to massage; (8) All subjects voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Specific etiology: lumbar fracture infection tumor etc. (2) Inflammatory diseases: ankylosing spondylitis rheumatoid arthritis etc. (3) pain caused by lesions in other organs: kidney stones abdominal aortic aneurysm etc.; (4) pregnant women; (5) taking medication to treat mental illness. (6) regular use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs within the past 2 months;
