45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 45 to 75 years old; 2. meet the diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke and chronic insomnia in Chinese and Western medicine; 3. be in the recovery period of ischemic stroke i.e. 2 weeks to 6 months; 4. meet PSQI score > 7; 5. have not performed medication and other related sleep interventions within 2 weeks; 6. were in stable condition without other serious complications; 7. All research subjects are conscious without intellectual disability with relatively fluent language ability and can cooperate to complete the observation scores; 8. All the research subjects voluntarily participated in the investigation and evaluation of this study and signed a voluntary informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. people with consciousness cognition comprehension and expression disorders after ischemic stroke; 2. people with insomnia caused by other reasons; 3. people with previous insomnia symptoms before stroke; 4. people with severe mental illness; 5. Those who are participating in other clinical trials; 6. severe complications of other systems such as heart liver lungs and kidneys; 7. incomplete clinical data.
