Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) liver transplantation surgery whether orthotopic liver transplantation or split liver transplantation; 2) no bowel sounds on auscultation and 3) symptomatic bloating and distention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) local infection at injection site; 2) history of intestinal obstruction and constipation; 3) signs of peritoneal irritation (abdominal tension and tenderness or rebound tenderness; 4) history of intractable constipation; 5) history of coronary artery disease epilepsy ventricular tachycardia asthma; and 6) Mental disorders which might interfere with their participation.
