Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of this study; 2. Age 18-60 years old; 3. Those who can receive float needle treatment, agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. It does not meet the diagnostic criteria of this study; 2. Patients who have received relevant intervention treatment and are undergoing other clinical studies within 2 weeks before joining the group; 3. Those with a history of neck and shoulder trauma, a history of surgery, and neurological symptoms; a history of spinal cord injury, cervical spine fracture, spinal tumour and tuberculosis; 4. Those with major underlying diseases and mental and psychological abnormalities; 5. Pregnant and lactating women; 6. Unable to complete the scale filling, poor compliance.
