Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The diagnostic criteria of Western medicine : meet the diagnostic criteria of ' 2019 diagnostic points of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China ' and confirmed as stroke by cranial CT or cranial MRI ; diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine : According to the 1995 national administration of traditional Chinese medicine cerebrovascular disease emergency cooperative group ' stroke diagnosis and efficacy evaluation criteria ( Trial ) ' : disease name diagnostic criteria : main symptoms : hemiplegia hemidysesthesia speech difficulties or inability to speak blurred consciousness tongue skew. Secondary symptoms : vertigo headache pupil changes difficulty in drinking water cough hemianopia ataxia etc. The way of onset : most of the onset is acute there are often obvious inducements before the onset and there are aura symptoms. Age of onset : the age of onset is more than 40 years old. Note : In line with 2 main symptoms and above or in line with 1 main symptom with 2 secondary symptoms and above and combined with the emergence of symptoms incentives onset age of onset can be diagnosed ; for patients who do not meet the above conditions imaging findings can also be diagnosed. 2 aged 30-80 years old ; 1 month < course of disease < 12 months ; the lesion was unilateral ( old or infarction without limb movement disorder can also be included ) ; stable vital signs ; can stand independently for 10 minutes or more under monitoring ; can walk independently 10-1
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe cognitive impairment ; hearing impairment, visual impairment ; anemia ; complete aphasia, transcortical sensory aphasia ; imbalance of anticoagulant therapy ; epilepsy ; liver function, renal function decline or failure, NYHA class IV heart failure, atrial fibrillation ; other lower limb dysfunction and diseases affecting walking ( such as surgery, fracture, severe osteoarthritis, arthritis or moderate to severe pain ).
