Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The healthy control group was included 1) After routine physical examination the physical condition can be preliminarily judged to be healthy; 2) meet the above healthy population criteria; 3) aged from 30 to 69 years old; 4) not taking medication continuously within one month; 5) no definite diagnosis of disease in the year before enrollment. 6) Patients or their family members signed the informed consent form to accept the clinical trial. 2.The inclusion criteria of coronary heart disease (CHD) phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group 1) Consistent with the TCM diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis; 2) meet the western diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease; 3) Age 30-69 years old; 4) Patients or their family members signed the informed consent form to receive the clinical trial. 3.Inclusion criteria for ischemic stroke patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome 1) In line with the TCM diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for ischemic stroke; 3) Age 30-69 years old; 4) Patients or their family members signed the informed consent form to receive the clinical trial. 4.Hyperlipidemia phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group inclusion criteria 1) Conforming to the TCM diagnostic criteria of hyperlipidemia syndrome of mutual accumulation of phlegm and blood stasis; 2) meet the western medical diagnostic criteria of hyperlipidemia; 3) Age 30-69 years old; 4) Patients or their family members signed the informed consent form to receive the clinical trial. 5.The inclusion criteria were coronary heart disease combined with ischemic stroke combined with hyperlipidemia syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis 1) In accordance with the TCM syndrome criteria of coronary heart disease combined with ischemic stroke combined with hyperlipidemia phlegm and blood stasis syndrome; 2) meet the western medicine diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease combined with ischemic stroke and hyperlipidemia; 3) Age 30-69 years old; 4) Patients or their family members signed the informed consent form to receive the clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclusion criteria for healthy controls (1) patients with organic diseases or mental diseases or cognitive disorders; 2) pregnant and lactating women; 3) history of drug or alcohol dependence; 4) those who are participating in other clinical trials. 2.Exclusion criteria for CHD phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group 1) Patients with acute myocardial infarction ischemic stroke or major surgery within half a year; (2) patients with other serious diseases such as cancer or AIDS that may hinder their enrollment or survival; 3) patients who are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical trials within the past month; (4) pregnant or lactating women; (5) patients with severe mental illness. 3.Inclusion criteria for ischemic stroke patients with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome 1) In line with the TCM diagnostic criteria of ischemic stroke syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis; 2) meet the diagnostic criteria of western medicine for ischemic stroke; 3) Age 30-69 years old; 4) Patients or their family members signed the informed consent form to receive the clinical trial. 4.Exclusion criteria for hyperlipidemia phlegm and blood stasis syndrome group (1) complicated with serious primary diseases of cardiovascular cerebrovascular and hematopoietic systems such as coronary heart disease ischemic stroke etc.; (2) patients with other serious diseases such as cancer or AIDS that may hinder their enrollment or survival; 3) patients who are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical trials within the past month; (4) pregnant or lactating women; 5) familial hyperlipidemia or secondary hyperlipidemia such as hypothyroidism and Cushing's syndrome; 6) patients who are using heparin thyroxine therapeutic drugs and other drugs affecting lipid metabolism; And 7) patients with severe mental illness. 5.Exclusion criteria for coronary heart disease combined with ischemic stroke combined with hyperlipidemia syndrome 1) Patients with acute myocardial infarction severe trauma or major surgery within half a year; (2) patients with other serious diseases such as cancer or AIDS that may hinder their enrollment or survival; 3) patients who are participating in other clinical trials or have participated in other clinical trials within the past month; (4) pregnant or lactating women; 5) familial hyperlipidemia or secondary hyperlipidemia such as hypothyroidism and Cushing's syndrome; 6) patients who are using heparin thyroxine therapeutic drugs and other drugs affecting lipid metabolism; And 7) patients with severe mental illness.
