Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the definition of chronic low back pain and seek medical treatment with low back pain as the main complaint; 2. Age between 18 and 75 years old; 3. Speech communication is barrier-free and able to cooperate with relevant examinations and scale assessments; 4. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with a variety of treatment methods acupuncture is only used as an adjuvant treatment in the treatment of low back pain; 2. Primary diseases such as cardiovascular digestive urinary and hematopoietic systems; 3. Patients with low back pain caused by lumbar tumors infections trauma etc.; 4. Severe mental illness; 5. Patients with lumbar spine surgery; 6. Pregnancy status; 7. Symptoms of cauda equina syndrome such as defecation disorders hyposenia in the saddle area etc.;
