Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged 18-75 years; (2) patients diagnosed with stroke by CT or MRI scan; (3) stroke duration = 6 months; (4) complaining of shoulder pain on the hemiplegic side and VAS = 3 points; (5) informed consent signed by the individual or legal guardian.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) people with unstable vital signs in the acute stage of stroke; (2) people with shoulder joint diseases (cervical spondylosis frozen shoulder shoulder injury etc.) and shoulder pain caused by trauma tumour thalamic lesion etc (3) People with severe disorders of vision hearing speech cognition and consciousness who are unable to cooperate with the completion of the assessment and examination; (4) People with severe combination of cardiac hepatic and renal diseases respiratory haematopoietic and tumour diseases; (5) People with mental diseases and epilepsy; (6) People with claustrophobia and pregnancy; (7) People with allergy to needle fainting and needle sticking. Primary diseases; (5) mental diseases epilepsy patients; (6) claustrophobia pregnant patients; (7) fainting from needles allergy to needles.
