Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for perianal abscess. 2)Inpatients aged between 15 and 80 years old regardless of gender. 3)Patients with the TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) syndrome type of excessive heat-toxin. 4)Those without obvious contraindications for surgery. 5)The patients themselves are informed and give consent sign the informed consent form and volunteer to participate in the test.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria. 2)Patients who have multiple other perianal diseases that affect the evaluation of the therapeutic effect such as mixed hemorrhoids anal fissure etc. simultaneously. 3)Patients who have been confirmed by examination to have organic lesions of the rectum or anal canal (such as rectal polyps rectal malignant tumors anal canal malignant tumors etc.). 4)Patients with intra-abdominal infections or pelvic organ infections and those with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney and hematopoietic systems etc. which have not been completely cured cannot tolerate surgery or may increase the surgical risk. 5)Patients with other lesions that require treatment and such treatment will affect or interfere with the postoperative outcome process. 6)Women who are in the menstrual period pregnant or breastfeeding patients with allergic constitution or those with abnormal liver and kidney functions. 7)Patients who are allergic to the components of the drugs used in this study. 8)Uncooperative patients. 9)Patients who develop severe complications such as massive hemorrhage after surgery.
