Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients had a history of at least one severe ankle sprain in the 12 months before enrolling in the study accompanied by pain swelling and other symptoms on the affected side which caused at least 1 day of normal activities; 2) two or more times of feeling out of control and/or sprain and/or instability of the ankle in the six months before joining the study; 3) Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score =27; 4) Age between 18 and 60 years old male or female voluntarily sign informed consent; 5) Patients with unilateral ankle instability who meet the above criteria will be enrolled.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Complicated with cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney hematopoietic digestive system and other serious diseases or mental illness; Pregnant or lactating women who cannot complete the radiology examination; 2) with rheumatism/rheumatoid arthritis osteoporosis gout and other serious bone and joint diseases; 3) Unable to correctly understand and fill in the various scales related to the study.
