Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who met the criteria for essential hypertension 1-2 took valsartan and did not change medication in the last 2 weeks; 2. 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed before admission. The results showed that the blood pressure curve was non-dipper and the circadian rhythm of blood pressure decreased or disappeared 3. Aged between 18 and 75; 4. Has not received acupuncture for constipation in the past 1 month; has not participated in any other ongoing trials; 5.Volunteer to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant and lactating women 2. Patients with severe cardiac cerebrovascular disease malignant tumors severe diseases of immune system or hematopoietic system diabetic nephropathy and severe impairment of liver and kidney function; 3. Participants with blood-clotting disorders or who regularly take anticoagulants such as Warfarin and heparin; 4.Participants with artificial pacemaker; 5. Endocrine metabolic neurological post-operative or drug-induced Secondary hypertension.
