Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) It is consistent with the diagnosis of diabetes peripheral neuropathy. 2) Age = 18 years old and = 85 years old; 3) Complies with the diagnostic and TCM classification criteria of DPN in the "Guidelines for Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drugs (Trial)" and belongs to the Qi Yin deficiency type; 4) Patients with a Toronto clinical score of = 6; 5) Voluntarily participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals allergic to foot bath drugs; 2) Pregnant and lactating patients; 3) Patients with broken foot skin; 4) Patients with severe diseases and acute infectious diseases; 5) Other diseases that cause peripheral neuropathy such as cerebral infarction.
