Control group:Conventional insulation measures are adopted: (1) the room temperature is controlled at 22 °C ~ 25 °C
(2) Use a thermometer to heat the input liquid to 37°C
(3) Rinse the solution to 38 °C
Treatment group:On the basis of the control group auricular acupuncture treatment was carried out
10 minutes before anesthesia auricular acupuncture: take a position that is comfortable for the mother and easy for the doctor to operate local routine disinfection
The doctor fixes the skin of the acupoint with one hand and with the other hand the needle is pierced directly into the auricular point 2 and adrenal acupoint.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Gestational age 37~42 weeks; (2) Women who plan to undergo cesarean section; (3) Age 20~35 years old; (4) ASA I~ II; (5) Clear consciousness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Contraindications to spinal canal anesthesia: puncture site infection coagulation mechanism disorder increased intracranial pressure (2) Combined with febrile illness.
