30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke 2)first episode 3)The course of disease was less than 2 weeks 4)The age ranged from 30 to 80 years 5)Clear mind to complete one step instructions 6)Brunnstrom stage of lower extremity II or below

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who could not tolerate acupuncture treatment; 2)patients with contraindications to rehabilitation therapy such as deep vein thrombosis or severe osteoporosis; 3) Combined with other diseases leading to motor or balance function impairment; 4) Lumbar skin ulceration can not be examined by ultrasound; 5) complicated with severe heart lung liver and kidney dysfunction.
