Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 30-75 years old 2: Patients with stable vital signs after early intervention and rehabilitation; 3: unilateral limb the lesion is located in one cerebral hemisphere one limb hemiplegia; 4: unconscious disorder cognitive dysfunction; 5: According to Brunstrom's six stages it is in stage I-II; 6: The patient is conscious and can tolerate acupuncture treatment and rehabilitation training 7: No recent use of muscle relaxants or sedatives 8: Informed consent voluntary participation in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Those who do not meet the above diagnostic and inclusion criteria 2: Patients with severe diseases of the heart liver and kidney system coagulation dysfunction and mental illness 3: There are other causes of limb dysfunction such as rheumatoid arthritis fracture etc 4: Unstable vital signs consciousness disorders cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with treatment and assessment 5: Hemiplegia upper and lower limbs greater than or equal to Brunstrom III stage 6: Pregnant or lactating women 7: Patients who cannot tolerate acupuncture and rehabilitation treatment
