Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy full-term newborns and their mothers (primiparous or multiparous singleton or multiple full-term infants). 2.thers who voluntarily participate in the study and provide informed consent. 3.ther-infant dyads who can participate in the entire follow-up process. Specific Criteria: Newborns with Apgar scores of 8 or above at 1 5 and 10 minutes after birth. Maternal gestational weeks ranging from 37 to 41 weeks with both vaginal delivery and cesarean section being eligible. Exclusion of mental illness recent use of psychotropic drugs genetic or metabolic disorders infectious diseases history of head trauma or cranial surgery and normal brain development in newborns. No special diseases or complications such as hyperthyroidism positive surface antigen intrahepatic cholestasis or other conditions like liver disease blood disorders sexually transmitted diseases (HIV syphilis) rare diseases etc.No history of asphyxia or resuscitation no congenital diseases deformities or birth injuries in newborns.Mother-infant dyads willing to cooperate and complete the entire research process with good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe mental illness, neurological disease, hereditary metabolic disease, infectious disease, special diseases and complications (liver disease, blood disease, sexually transmitted disease HIV, syphilis, rare disease, etc.), traumatic brain injury, craniocerebral surgery, abnormal brain development of newborns, asphyxia, history of rescue, congenital diseases, malformations and birth injuries or infants, mothers and infants with serious physical defects. The mother and child were unwilling to cooperate with the completion of the whole study process, and the compliance rate was less than 50%.
