Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Both meet the above diagnostic standards of Chinese and Western medicine; (2) between the ages of 18 and 65 regardless of gender; (3)1 month =24 months of disease duration and no medication or other treatment for insomnia was received in the first 2 weeks of enrollment; (4) clear mind relevant to the topic stable vital signs can cooperate with treatment; (5)PSQI total score =10 points; (6) Voluntarily participate in this study and subsequent follow-up and agree to participate in this study and follow-up period no longer participate in other insomnia treatment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) Patients with serious medical diseases or critical diseases such as malignant tumors; (3) Patients with a history of mental disorders such as schizophrenia; (4) Patients with skin infections ulcers scars at the acupuncture site bleeding diseases themselves or who are not easy to stop bleeding after injury; (5)HAMA scores >13; (6) Patients who have experienced other adverse reactions such as fainting needles after receiving acupuncture; (7) People with a history of alcohol abuse abuse and dependence on psychotropic drugs. (8) transient insomnia caused by sudden changes in the sleep environment.
