Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for Global Developmental Delay (GDD) as defined in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Fifth Edition (DSM-5; American Psychiatric Association 2013). 2. Aged 2–5 years regardless of gender. 3. Legal guardians are informed of the study details and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any severe physical or mental disorder that may cause cerebral dysfunction. 2. Documented history of head trauma or use of medications associated with cognitive impairment within 1 month prior to enrollment. 3. Comorbid conditions contraindicating rehabilitation (e.g. epilepsy severe visual/hearing impairment cardiovascular or respiratory diseases). 4. Inability to comprehend simple instructions or cooperate with assessments/training.
