Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 65 and older. Meet the Asian sarcopenia Working Group (AWGS) diagnostic criteria. Volunteer to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: He has serious cardiovascular cerebrovascular liver kidney and other systemic diseases. Cognitive or speech impairment inability to cooperate with research. Patients with recent surgical history or contraindications to massage therapy.
