18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years old; 2) Pathological diagnosis of oral cancer malignancy; 3) Compliance with the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score > 7; 4) Expected survival assessment of more than 90d; 5) Clear mental state normal hearing able to communicate with medical staff; 6) Expected to undergo surgical treatment; 7) Lavender (vii) not allergic to lavender bergamot sweet marjoram oil etc.; (viii) proficient in the use of smart phones and WeChat software; (ix) patients and their families voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) impaired consciousness or mental illness; (2) serious tumor complications and comorbidities or a combination of serious life-threatening primary diseases; (3) aversion to the taste of essential oils; (4) undergoing other pharmacological or non-pharmacological psychiatric and psychological treatments.
