Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) First-time undergoing endoscopic surgery for rectal cancer; (2) No gender restrictions, age = 18 years old; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III; (4) Intraoperative anesthesia method is tracheal intubation general anesthesia; (5) Able to understand the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS), anxiety scale, depression scale, and pain catastrophizing scale; (6) Voluntary participation, with informed consent signed by the patient or their family, and included in the clinical ethics treatment of patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient does not agree to participate in the study or surgery and has not signed the informed consent form. (2) Those with severe cardiovascular system diseases or chronic respiratory diseases such as COPD, etc. (3) Those with a history of stroke or transient ischemic attack. (4) Those with a history of allergy to the analgesic drugs used in this study. (5) Those with a history of drug addiction. (6) Those currently taking antidepressants or sedatives, etc. (7) Those with central nervous system diseases.
