Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) It meets the diagnostic criteria and syndrome differentiation criteria of KOA; Age 40-75 years old gender is not limited; 3) unilateral knee pain; 4) no other relevant treatment has been taken in the past 1 month; 5) The patient voluntarily participated in the experiment and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Women who are breastfeeding pregnant or planning to become pregnant; 2) Those with a history of multiple drug allergies; 3) Those with severe primary diseases of the liver kidneys hematopoietic system endocrine system cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system and nervous system; 4) Patients with tuberculosis vertebral deformities or malignant tumors; 5) Those suspected of having a history of abuse of sedative-hypnotic drugs opioid analgesics or alcohol; 6) Those with skin diseases or infectious diseases; 7) Those with a history of gastric ulcers or gastric bleeding; 8) Those with mental disorders language disorders or motor function disorders who cannot cooperate; 9) Other patients who are not suitable or cannot apply this treatment method for other reasons.
