Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 14-25 years old; 2 Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score = 8; 3Generalized anxiety (GAD-7) score = 5. 4. Chinese medicine diagnosis of heart-spleen deficiency sleep disorder. 5. Informed consent for treatment and examination voluntary participation and cooperation in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 insomnia due to systemic diseases such as pain fever cough surgery and other disturbances caused by the person; 2 those who have serious diseases themselves such as cardiovascular pulmonary hepatic renal and hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases; 3 suffering from eye diseases. 4. Those who are currently participating in other clinical trials.
