Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All cases were diagnosed as cerebrovascular accident by clinical and CT/MRI the condition was basically stable and met the above diagnostic criteria met the following criteria could be included: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of acute ischemic stroke in Western medicine; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke in Chinese medicine and the staging criteria belong to the acute stage; 3) GCS score of 3-8 points still in a coma after the condition stable; 4) Hospitalized within 24 hours of symptom onset; 5) 40 years old = age = 75 years old; Informed consent of the patient's family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Coma not caused by cerebral infarction; 2) History of or current psychiatric disorders; 3) Cerebral hemorrhage brain active infection; 4) Concomitant hematologic disease or malignancy; 5) Breastfeeding or pregnancy; 6) Stroke patients not in the acute phase7) Concomitant other critical illness.
