Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Female aged 20-45 years 2.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for diminished ovarian reserve (DOR) 3.Clinically diagnosed with kidney deficiency syndrome (KDS) according to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) standards 4.Providing written informed consent after fully understanding the study protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with diabetes mellitus or hyperlipidemia. 2.Patients with hyperthyroidism hypothyroidism hyperprolactinemia or pituitary amenorrhea. 3.Individuals with congenital physiological defects or malformations of the reproductive system. 4.Patients with severe cardiac hepatic renal or hematological diseases or other conditions that may affect drug evaluation. 5.Individuals who have participated in or are currently participating in other clinical trials within the past 3 months. 6.Pregnant women.
