Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects Participants meeting the following three criteria will be included: 1) Aged between 18 and 70 years; 2) In good health with no neuromusculoskeletal system diseases or other systemic diseases (e.g. respiratory or circulatory systems); 3) No history of major trauma or surgery. Inclusion Criteria for Cervical Spondylosis Patient Group Participants meeting the following four criteria will be included: 1) Age > 18 years and = 70 years; 2) History of chronic strain or trauma or degenerative changes in the cervical spine; 3) History of poor work postures such as prolonged desk work or long-term unhealthy lifestyle habits; 4) Recurrent neck and shoulder soreness stiffness or numbness in the upper limbs; 5) X-ray images of the cervical spine show straightening or reversal of cervical lordosis bone spur formation or ligament calcification and narrowed intervertebral foramina. Some patients are confirmed by CT or MRI. 6) Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 7) Neck pain Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score of less than 7.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for Healthy Subjects Healthy subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: 1) Abnormalities in neck physical examination or muscle strength testing (e.g. muscle atrophy); 2) Incomplete clinical data; 3)Inability to cooperate with the trial. Exclusion Criteria for Cervical Spondylosis Subjects 1) Those with multiple bone hyperplasia or bone bridge formation; 2) Those without neuromusculoskeletal disorders or other systemic diseases such as respiratory circulatory etc.; 3) Patients with clinical symptoms and signs of spinal cord compression or significant narrowing of the cervical spinal canal; 4) Those with congenital malformations dislocations or fractures of the cervical spine; 5) Those unable to cooperate with the trial or with missing clinical data.
