Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with the primary complaint of "shoulder pain poor shoulder movement" diagnosed by ICI coding as the subject of the following diseases: (1) Adhesive shoulder capsulitis (code: FB53.0) diagnostic criteria: (1) chronic onset (2) persistent dull pain in the shoulder; (3) aggravation of pain at night; (4) The active movement of the shoulder joint in multiple directions is limited and the passive movement in two or more directions is limited 30° especially with limited passive external rotation; (2) Rotator cuff syndrome (code: FB53.1) diagnostic criteria: refer to the "Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines - Orthopedics" rotator cuff injury Diagnostic criteria: (1) shoulder pain worse at night; (2) The active movement of the shoulder joint is limited and the passive movement is not affected except for the cause of pain Limit; (3) Shoulder joint examination and MRI showed rotator cuff injury; (3) Shoulder impingement syndrome (code: FB53.2) diagnostic criteria: (1) the pain site is limited to the anterolateral aspect of the proximal shoulder; (2) In the clinical examination the patient should have corresponding signs at least Neer impact test Hawkins test empty can test two positive results in ; (4) and other shoulder joint lesions (code: FB53); Other specific shoulder lesions (code: FB53.Y); Joint lesions unspecified (code: FB53.Z) shoulder symptoms or complaints (code: ME86. D) Symptoms of the shoulder or Lord v. not specified (code: ME86.DZ). 2. Adult patients between the ages of 18-80 years male or female; 3. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily obtain case data and be willing to cooperate with the follow-up patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who do not meet the above diagnosis; (2) Patients unwilling to cooperate for any reason.
