Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Age Requirement: Baseline age 50–75 years (inclusive) with no gender restrictions.2)Residency Status: Permanent resident in the study area for =6 months prior to enrollment.3)Informed Consent: Voluntary participation with signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe chronic diseases or acute exacerbation of chronic diseases such as: acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease chronic heart failure (NYHA IV) renal insufficiency (eGFR <15 ml/min/1.73m2 or requiring renal replacement therapy) active autoimmune diseases or patients undergoing treatment for malignant tumors;2)Acute critical illnesses such as: acute heart failure acute liver failure acute renal failure acute respiratory distress syndrome acute coronary syndrome acute stroke severe pneumonia sepsis etc.;3)Severe infectious diseases such as open pulmonary tuberculosis AIDS etc.;4)Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 5)Severely disabled individuals those with severe mental illness or those with read/write cognitive impairments who cannot cooperate.
