Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI: there is a complaint of memory loss provided by the person family members or informants; overall cognitive function is normal but there is objective evidence of memory loss and cognitive impairment; There is no significant impairment in basic daily activities but complex instrumental daily activities can be slightly impaired; People with dementia or any medical or psychiatric disorder that can cause brain dysfunction are excluded. (2) Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for essential hypertension; Without antihypertensive drugs the office blood pressure = 140/90 mmHg; or home blood pressure = 135/85=90 mmHg or 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure = 130/80 mmHg daytime blood pressure = 135/85 mmHg and nighttime blood pressure = 120/70 mmHg. (3) Age 50~80 years old male or female; (4) 18 points< 26 points in MoCA< (education needs to be considered); (5) Meet the TCM syndrome differentiation standards for liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome; (6) cognitive impairment occurs after hypertension; (7) Junior high school education level or above able to cooperate with the completion of neuropsychological tests; (8) Patients voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Hypertension with systolic blood pressure exceeding 180mmHg and diastolic blood pressure exceeding 110mmHg. (2) Have a history of drug abuse and psychotropic substance abuse; (3) previous stroke events; (4) Cognitive impairment caused by congenital stupidity epilepsy brain tumor Parkinson's disease and other factors; (5) Combined with severe anxiety depression and suicidal tendencies; (6) Combined with other systemic serious diseases requiring emergency treatment; (7) Combined with chronic wasting diseases and malignant tumors; (8) Patients with severe hypertension complications such as heart failure myocardial infarction chronic kidney disease retinopathy etc.
