Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the perioperative period 2. Age: >18 years old 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I-III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe sinus bradycardia (heart rate lower than 50 beats per minute) or sinoatrial node lesions second or third degree atrioventricular block with pacemaker 2. Patients taking anticonvulsants antidepressants or other psychotropic drugs for a long time 3. Patients with high sensitivity or allergy to the drugs or devices used in this study 4. Patients with severe heart liver or kidney disease 5. Patients who have participated in other clinical trials within the past 3 months 6. Patients with hearing and language disorders unable to communicate effectively with the physician 7. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding 10. Patients with fever or infection before surgery 11. Patients who live with critically ill patients or more than 3 people in the same ward 12. Patients at risk of increased intracranial pressure uncontrolled or poorly controlled hypertension 13. Hyperthyroidism
