Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for functional constipation with depression. (2) Patients aged between 20 and 60 years. (3) Individuals who agree to undergo and complete the treatment cooperate with this study accept telephone or outpatient follow-up and sign the informed consent form. (4) Currently not using medications for diseases related to this study or the time since the last treatment for constipation or depression is more than 1 month prior to the treatment in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with a history of abdominal or rectal-anal surgery. (2) Irritable bowel syndrome and constipation caused by organic or pharmacological factors; constipation secondary to endocrine metabolic or neurological disorders. (3) Those with concomitant heart liver or kidney damage cognitive dysfunction aphasia or those unable to cooperate with sample collection and treatment. (4) Pregnant or breastfeeding women or those with pregnancy plans within the past three months. (5) Those with coagulation disorders or those who have been using anticoagulants such as warfarin or heparin.
