Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for 1 MM patients: 1.1 Meet the Western diagnostic criteria for multiple myeloma; 1.2 Meet the traditional Chinese medicine standards for multiple myeloma with kidney deficiency and phlegm stasis syndrome; 1.3 Age = 18 years old and = 80 years old gender not limited; 1.4 Willing to accept this treatment plan and sign an informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for 2 blank control group patients: 2.1 Non multiple myeloma patients with abnormal blood count; 2.2 Age = 18 years old and = 80 years old gender not limited; 2.3 There is no history of infection or antibiotic use in the 4 weeks prior to blood collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for 1 MM patients: 1.1 Individuals with allergic constitution or allergies to relevant MM treatment drugs; 1.2 Severe heart disease including myocardial infarction and heart failure grade 3 or above; 1.3 Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction (ALT>5 * ULN GRF<15ml/min); 1.4 Other systemic diseases with clinical significance such as osteoporosis bone metastases and lumbar tuberculosis; 1.5 Patients with two or more complications such as bone disease infection bleeding anemia etc; 1.6 Individuals with alcoholism drug abuse mental disorders and intellectual disabilities; 1.7 Pregnant or lactating women. Exclusion criteria for patients in the blank control group: 2.1 Patients with pre-existing malignant tumors or immune related diseases; 2.2 Dysfunction of major organs such as the heart liver and kidneys; 2.3 Individuals with alcoholism drug abuse mental disorders and intellectual disabilities.
