Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 18 - 80 years old; (2) Western medicine conforms to the WHO's criteria for type 2 diabetes; (3) It meets the Mogensen's early DN diagnostic criteria; (4) Traditional Chinese medicine conforms to the syndrome of Spleen and Kidney Qi Deficiency as stipulated in the relevant content of the "Clinical Research Guidelines for New Chinese Medicines" issued by the Ministry of Health.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with kidney diseases not caused by diabetes; (2) Those with serious diseases of important organs such as abnormal liver function renal failure heart failure stroke malignant tumors etc.; (3) Those with acute metabolic disorders such as diabetic ketoacidosis within the last 1 month; (4) Those with urinary tract infections menstruation intense exercise exposure to cold etc. under stress conditions; (5) Those with allergic constitutions; (6) patients with hyperlipidemia treated with statins;
