Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 subthreshold depression group 1) Age is 18~30 years old gender is not limited right-handed; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression that is most of the time with two or more types of depressive symptoms lasting for more than two weeks accompanied by a certain degree of social function impairment but can not meet the diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder; 3) Using the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (The Mini International Neuro psychiatric Interview (MINIversion5.0)) to determine the diagnostic criteria for depression not suicidal in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders Version 5 (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-V DSM-V); 4) 17-item Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score> 7 <17; 5) Not receiving any depression-related treatment in the past 6 months; 6) Informed consent and voluntary participation. 2 healthy control group 1) Age is 18~30 years old gender is not limited right-handed; 2) Did not meet the diagnostic criteria for subthreshold depression and depression; 3) 17 items on the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) score of 7 points; 5) Informed consent and voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) According to the DSM-V criteria meet the diagnostic criteria of mood disorder bipolar depression disorder mental disorder and so on; 2) Patients with a history of previous mental illness or organic mental disorders or depression caused by psychoactive substances and non-addictive substances; 3) Any major medical or neurological disease a history of head trauma; 4) Endocrine disorders (such as Cushings syndrome Addisons disease) and other influence indicators detection; 5) Other clinical trials currently influencing the results of the study. If any of the above answers are yes this subject could not participate.
