Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo

Interventions

experimental group:The treatment group took San Shen Tong Luo Tang on the basis of resetting the dizziness treatment device, diluted with warm water, one bag in the morning and one bag in the evening,
control group:On the basis of resetting the dizziness treatment device take a placebo of San Shen Tong Luo Tang orally with warm water 1 bag in the morning and 1 bag in the evening for 14 days as one

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in Western medicine mentioned above. (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for dizziness in traditional Chinese medicine and is classified as Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. (3) Age range is 18-80 years old (including 80 years old) both male and female are welcome. (4) Those who did not receive treatment related to improving dizziness before the experiment. (5) Those who voluntarily sign the informed consent form and are able to cooperate in completing the questionnaire survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria mentioned above; (2) Patients with spinal cap stone disease; (3) Individuals with central nervous system disorders severe cervical spondylosis severe cardiovascular disease and pregnant or lactating women; (4) Long term use of drugs such as anti dizziness drugs antihistamines and anti anxiety drugs that interfere with treatment; (5) Accept dizziness treatment methods similar to those used in this study.
