Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for non-specific low back pain (NLBP) as outlined in the *Chinese Expert Consensus on the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute/Chronic Non-Specific Low Back Pain*; (2) Aged between 18 and 75 years regardless of gender; (3) No prior NLBP-related treatments received within one week before enrollment; (4) Voluntarily participating in this clinical trial and having signed the informed consent form; (5) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score =3 points; (6) Completion of lumbar spine CT examination prior to the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) History of lumbar spine surgery; (2) Psychiatric disorders or intellectual disabilities; (3) Concomitant severe cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases hepatic/renal impairment infectious diseases coagulation disorders or other major organ dysfunctions; (4) Pregnant or lactating women; (5) Current participation in other clinical trials; (6) Inability to provide written informed consent.
